    Local Domination System for Realtors — $197.00 USD / month

    These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of go.100kmarketing.com (the “Website”) and enrollment in the Go.100kmarketing.com Local Domination System monthly subscription, offered by Empowerment Leadership Corp, with its principal place of business at 12590 Pines Blvd #260463, Pembroke Pines, FL 33026 (“Provider”).

    By accessing the Website, purchasing the Services, or enrolling in the Subscription, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access the Website, purchase the Services, or enroll in the Subscription.

    These Terms are provided in English, the official language of the United States. If you do not fully understand English, it is your responsibility to obtain a translation before purchasing. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you fully understand the terms under which you are conducting business with Empowerment Leadership Corp.

    Provider owns and operates Go.100kmarketing.com, a Local Domination System for real estate professionals that provides, as a single package, a search-engine-optimized lead-generation website, Google Business Profile and Google Maps optimization, an AI chatbot with real-time lead notifications, automated reputation and review management, missed-call text-back and follow-up, a past-client reactivation campaign system, Google Ads and Local Services Ads (LSA) management tools, and a CRM with a lead dashboard and reporting (collectively, the “Services”). Client wishes to subscribe to the Services on a month-to-month basis for use in Client's real estate business, subject to these Terms.

    1. Definitions

    1.1 “Services” means the Go.100kmarketing.com Local Domination System described above, including any Software made available to Client as part of the Services.

    1.2 “Software” means the Braventa CRM platform, or any other CRM or marketing software Provider makes available to Client in connection with the Services.

    1.3 “Fees” means the amounts payable by Client to Provider under Section 3.

    1.4 “Client Data” means all data, contacts, leads, content, and materials submitted, uploaded, or generated by Client through use of the Services.

    1.5 “Renewal Date” means each monthly anniversary of Client's enrollment date on which the Subscription Fee is automatically billed under Section 3.3.

    2. Description of Services

    2.1 Scope. As a single package, Provider will provide Client with:

    a) a search-engine-optimized lead-generation website of approximately 10–20 pages, including registration and use of a dedicated domain name (see Section 2.7);

    b) Google Business Profile setup, verification, and Google Maps optimization;

    c) an AI chatbot that responds instantly to website visitors and form submissions, with real-time lead notifications to Client;

    d) automated reputation and review management, including SMS/email review requests and private routing of negative feedback;

    e) automated missed-call text-back and persistent lead follow-up sequences;

    f) a past-client reactivation campaign system, including upload and use of Client's existing client database;

    g) Google Ads and Local Services Ads (LSA) management tools; and

    h) a CRM with a lead dashboard, AI-assisted follow-up, and real-time reporting.

    2.2 Website Edits. Provider will implement Client-requested edits to the website described in Section 2.1(a) with a target turnaround of forty-eight (48) hours, subject to the edit being within the scope of the existing website and not requiring a full redesign.

    2.3 Advertising Spend. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the Subscription Fee covers Provider's management services only and does not include third-party advertising spend (e.g., Google Ads budget). Any advertising spend is billed separately, disclosed to Client in advance, and paid directly to the applicable ad platform or to Provider for that specific purpose.

    2.4 Client Cooperation. The Services depend on Client's timely cooperation. Client agrees to:

    a) complete onboarding and submit all information reasonably requested by Provider within forty-eight (48) hours of enrollment;

    b) respond promptly to leads generated through the Services;

    c) provide timely feedback and required approvals, including any usernames and passwords needed to access Client's business accounts (e.g., Google Business Profile, advertising accounts) — Provider will treat any credentials shared under this Section as confidential information under Section 7;

    d) maintain an active real estate license and supply accurate business information;

    e) provide a list of past clients for the reputation management system; and

    f) provide a database of past and prospective clients for the reactivation system.

    Delays or outcomes caused by Client's failure to timely provide any of the above are not the responsibility of Provider, and Provider's service timelines (including Section 2.2) run from the date Client completes onboarding.

    2.5 Zone Placement. Provider may limit the number of Realtors enrolled per geographic zone as a business practice described on the Website at the time of enrollment. This is a business practice, not a contractual guarantee of exclusivity, and Provider may modify its zone-placement practices at any time. Provider will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor any zone commitment communicated to Client in writing at enrollment.

    2.6 Relationship to Software. If Provider makes the Braventa CRM platform available to Client as part of the Services, Client's use of that platform is also governed by the separate Braventa CRM Software Subscription Agreement between the Parties, if any. If Client's Braventa access is provided solely as a component of the Services and not under a separate agreement, these Terms govern that access.

    2.7 Website and Domain. If Provider registers or builds a website and/or domain name for Client as part of the Services, ownership of that domain name will be documented at enrollment. Domain registration and renewal costs are Client's responsibility and will be billed to Client separately from the Subscription Fee. Unless Client's enrollment materials state otherwise, the domain is registered for Client's benefit and Client may retain and continue to use it after cancellation; however, ongoing hosting, updates, AI automation, and management of the website are part of the Services and end upon cancellation or termination, as described in Section 4.5.

    2.8 Compliance with Law. Client is solely responsible for complying with all applicable real estate licensing, advertising, and marketing laws in connection with Client's use of the Services, including Fair Housing Act requirements, MLS and real estate board advertising rules, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and the CAN-SPAM Act. Provider is not responsible for Client's use or misuse of leads, campaigns, or content generated through the Services.

    3. Fees, Billing, and Automatic Renewal

    3.1 Subscription Fee. Client agrees to pay Provider a monthly subscription fee of One Hundred Ninety-Seven Dollars (USD $197.00) (the “Subscription Fee”), billed on each Renewal Date to the payment method on file.

    3.2 Payment Method. Client's initial payment is made through Provider's website at the time of enrollment. Thereafter, the Subscription Fee will be charged automatically on each Renewal Date to the payment method Client has on file, processed through Provider's designated merchant account. Client may only pay using a credit or debit card issued in Client's own name, or via ACH bank transfer from a bank account held in Client's own name; Provider does not accept payment from a card or bank account belonging to any other person. Because these Terms form an agreement between Provider and Client only, use of a payment method not issued or held in Client's name is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for Provider to immediately cancel Client's account without refund, notwithstanding Section 4.4.

    3.3 Automatic Renewal. THIS SUBSCRIPTION AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS EACH MONTH. Unless cancelled in accordance with Section 4, this Subscription will automatically renew on each Renewal Date, and Client's payment method on file will be charged without further authorization.

    3.4 Fee Changes. Provider may change the Subscription Fee upon at least thirty (30) days' prior written notice to Client. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of a fee change constitutes Client's acceptance of the new fee.

    3.5 Failed Payment. If a scheduled payment fails, Provider may retry the payment method on file and may pause Client's access to the Services until payment is received.

    a) Dormancy. If three (3) scheduled payment attempts fail within any thirty (30) day period, Client's account will automatically be placed in dormant status.

    b) Reactivation Fee. Client may reactivate a dormant account by paying a one-time reactivation fee of Forty-Seven Dollars (USD $47.00), in addition to any outstanding Subscription Fee.

    c) Repeat Dormancy. If Client's account becomes dormant three (3) times within a calendar year, this Agreement will be automatically cancelled. Resuming Services after such cancellation requires a new agreement.

    3.6 Billing Concerns.

    a) Statement Descriptor. Charges for the Subscription Fee will appear on Client's card or bank statement under one of the following billing descriptors, depending on the payment processor used: Milton Olave Sales, Empowerment Leadership, or Sistema de Dominio Local — to help Client recognize the charge.

    b) Contact Us First. If Client has a concern about a charge, Client agrees to contact Provider at info@eleadershipcorp.com or by calling (305) 466-7000 first and give Provider a reasonable opportunity, not less than five (5) business days, to investigate and resolve it in accordance with Sections 4 and 7, before contacting Client's bank or card issuer about the charge.

    c) Authorization Records. Provider retains records of Client's enrollment and payment authorization, including the date, time, IP address, and method of consent, as evidence that charges were authorized under Sections 3.2 and 3.3.

    d) Reimbursement for Unwarranted Disputes. If a payment dispute with Client's bank or card issuer is resolved in Provider's favor because the charge was authorized under this Agreement, Client remains liable for the disputed Fee and agrees to reimburse Provider for any fee Provider's payment processor imposes as a result of the dispute.

    e) No Waiver of Legal Rights. Nothing in this Section limits any right Client has under applicable law to dispute a charge with Client's bank or card issuer.

    3.7 Continuous Service. The Services are a continuous, recurring engagement delivered and billed on a monthly basis. There is no single delivery date for the Services as a whole; each Renewal Date reflects a new billing cycle for continued access to the Services described in Section 2.

    4. Cancellation

    4.1 How to Cancel. Client may cancel at any time by sending a written cancellation request to info@eleadershipcorp.com. To be processed, the request must include:

    a) Client's full legal name;

    b) Proof of purchase (the enrollment receipt emailed to Client at signup);

    c) The requested cancellation effective date; and

    d) Be sent from the email address Client used to enroll in the Go.100kmarketing.com Subscription. Requests sent from any other email address cannot be verified and will not be processed.

    4.2 Notice Period. To avoid being billed for the next Renewal Date, Provider must receive Client's cancellation request at least three (3) business days before that Renewal Date. A request received less than three (3) business days beforehand will take effect on the following Renewal Date, and the then-current cycle's Fee will still apply.

    4.3 No Retroactive Refunds. Cancellation stops future billing cycles but does not refund any Fees already charged. See Section 4.5 for the effect of cancellation and Section 5 (Refund Policy).

    4.4 Termination for Cause. Either party may terminate immediately upon written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to cure such breach within ten (10) days of receiving written notice.

    4.5 Effect of Termination. Upon termination or cancellation, Provider will stop performing the Services and any active advertising campaigns will be paused as of the effective date. Where Section 2.7 applies, Client's ownership of the domain name is unaffected by cancellation, but ongoing hosting, edits, chatbot automation, and management end on the effective date unless separately arranged in writing. Provider will make Client Data available for export for thirty (30) days following termination, after which Provider may delete such data.

    5. Refund Policy

    5.1 Requests. Any request for a refund believed to be due to a billing error, a duplicate charge, or an amount required to be refunded by applicable law must be submitted in writing to info@eleadershipcorp.com and include proof of purchase. Submitting a request does not entitle Client to a refund; refund eligibility is governed by Sections 5.2 through 5.4.

    5.2 Non-Refundable Fees. The Subscription Fee is non-refundable once it has been charged. No refund will be issued for any billing cycle that has already renewed.

    5.3 No Partial-Month Refunds. Cancelling the subscription does not entitle Client to a refund or credit for the then-current, already-paid billing cycle; Provider's obligation to perform Services ends as of the effective cancellation date.

    5.4 Advertising Spend. Any third-party advertising spend paid on Client's behalf is non-refundable by Provider once committed to the applicable ad platform, as those funds are paid to third parties outside Provider's control.

    5.5 Other Services. This Refund Policy applies to the Subscription Fee described in Section 3. Any live coaching, group training, or other services purchased separately from the Services, and any separate Braventa CRM software subscription, are governed by the written terms applicable to that specific service.

    6. Data and Intellectual Property

    6.1 Client Data. Client retains all right, title, and interest in and to Client Data.

    6.2 License to Provider. Client grants Provider a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Client Data solely to provide the Services during the term of Client's subscription.

    6.3 Provider's Materials. The website design, code, layout, and any copy, ad creative, or CRM configurations Provider authors in connection with the Services (the “Deliverables”) are and will remain the property of Empowerment Leadership Corp. Deliverables do not include any content, photos, testimonials, or business information Client supplies for use on the website or elsewhere, which remain Client Data under Section 6.1. Client receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Deliverables during the term of Client's subscription in Client's own real estate business. Section 2.7 governs ownership of any domain name built specifically for Client as part of the Services; no other ownership rights in the Deliverables or the Software transfer to Client.

    6.4 Website Content. All other content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Milton Olave and Empowerment Leadership Corp and is protected by intellectual property laws. Client may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on this content without prior written consent.

    7. Confidentiality

    Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or financial information disclosed by the other party in connection with these Terms, and to use such information solely to perform its obligations hereunder. This obligation survives termination for a period of two (2) years.

    8. No Guarantee of Results

    8.1 Marketing Disclaimer. References to “$100K,” GCI figures, specific revenue results, rankings, or timelines in Provider's marketing materials, testimonials, or illustrative examples are for illustration only. They are not a representation, promise, or guarantee that Client will earn $100,000, or any specific amount of income, leads, rankings, or sales.

    8.2 No Guarantee. Provider makes no representation or guarantee regarding search ranking, the number of leads generated, appointments booked, sales closed, income earned, or any other business outcome from Client's use of the Services. Results depend on factors outside Provider's control, including market conditions, competition, Client's licensing and effort, advertising spend, and how quickly and effectively Client follows up with leads.

    8.3 Testimonials. Any testimonials, case studies, or success stories referenced in Provider's marketing materials (including examples drawn from other industries) reflect individual experiences that are not typical and are not a guarantee of Client's own results.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    Provider's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total Fees paid by Client to Provider in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

    10. Indemnification

    Client agrees to indemnify and hold Provider harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Client's misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms, including any claim arising from Client's failure to comply with Section 2.8 (Compliance with Law).

    11. Privacy

    Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which describe how we collect, use, and protect information, and how we use cookies on the Website. By using the Website, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in those policies.

    12. Governing Law and Disputes

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties and, if unresolved, by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Broward County, Florida. Each party waives any right to a trial by jury and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action arising out of or related to these Terms, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

    13. User Conduct

    In addition to Client's obligations elsewhere in these Terms, you agree not to:

    a) use the Website or Services for unlawful purposes;

    b) share login credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account;

    c) attempt to hack, disable, or disrupt the functionality of the Website or Services; or

    d) post defamatory, offensive, or misleading content on our platform or affiliated communities, including soliciting fake reviews.

    PLEASE NOTE: Violation of this Section may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

    14. Termination of Services

    Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend Client's access to the Services if Client violates these Terms, engages in unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent behavior, or fails to pay the Subscription Fee within ten (10) days of the due date. Upon termination, Client's license to use Provider's content and the Services (other than any domain governed by Section 2.7) is revoked.

    15. General Provisions

    15.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with any enrollment materials describing Client's specific plan, constitute the entire agreement between Client and Provider regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings on this subject, including any prior 100K Intensive Monthly Subscription terms.

    15.2 Amendment. Provider may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to the Website, and continued use of the Website or the Services after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting Fees are also subject to Section 3.4.

    15.3 Assignment. Client may not assign these Terms without Provider's prior written consent.

    15.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

    15.5 Force Majeure. Provider is not liable for any delay or failure to perform the Services resulting from causes beyond Provider's reasonable control, including acts of God, internet or hosting outages, advertising-platform outages, or other third-party service failures. This Section does not excuse Client's cooperation obligations under Section 2.4.

    15.6 Electronic Signatures and Notices. These Terms may be accepted and administered electronically. Notices must be in writing and sent to the addresses or email set forth in these Terms, or such other address as either party designates in writing, and will be deemed delivered upon email confirmation or receipt.
